This work focuses on algorithmic erasure of visual testimony and historical memory. Told from the perspective of an archive restoration technician, the work follows the systematic disappearance of traces of resistance through AI-assisted denoising and frame interpolation. Drawing on Benjamin's concept of reproducibility and Heidegger's notion of *Gestell*, the work positions the denoising algorithm as a technical metaphor for historical forgetting: every act of "enhancement" is an act of selective silence.
Central question: who decides what counts as noise, and what counts as truth?
